Refund, Exchange & Returns Policy

At Game On, every jersey is custom-made for your team. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges—except in the rare case that an item arrives damaged or defective.


Do You Accept Returns or Exchanges?

No. All items are made to order and fully customized, so we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons like:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Color or design differences due to screen display


📦 What If My Item Arrives Damaged or Incorrect?

If your order arrives with manufacturing defects, printing errors, or shipping damage, we’ve got your back.

To qualify for a replacement, you must:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide your order number

  3. Include photos clearly showing the damage or issue

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Color Variations: Slight differences between digital previews and final prints are normal and not considered defects

  • Sizing: We are not responsible for fit issues if the product matches the size ordered

  • Late Claims: Claims made after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted
